The touch screen kiosks are the collection point for customer feedback and are powered by the ‘We Love Feedback’ Application. Ensuring the feedback experience is fast and accurate.

Using 4G technology the kiosks operate independently of your companies wireless network meaning no need to involve the IT department

The kiosks can either be housed using one of our stands or can be mounted into custom designed housings or stands of your choice.

The only constraint is the need for power to keep the kiosk charged.

Dashboard Analysis

The key to ‘We Love Feedback’ is our analysis engine which aggregates the data and reports it back in an easy to understand dashboard. This ensures that staff and management are able to gain real time feedback on customer service.

The dashboard can be accessed via a password protected website or can be displayed permanently on a display screen.

Emoji Feedback Scale

‘We Love Feedback’ uses a simple emoji scale that we have developed and tested. The scale has shown to be a fast and accurate way to find out how customers feel about their experience. The key to gaining accurate data on exit surveys.

The emoji scale has been shown to be intuitive way to gain customer feedback.

It is easily understood by almost everyone, working for sight impaired, people with learning difficulties and people for whom English is a second language.

Alerts

One of the key features of the ‘We Love Feedback’ kiosks is the ability to send alerts to management or key staff depending on the responses received. 

This gives management comfort in the knowledge that if someone is unhappy with their experience and they complain via the ‘We Love Feedback’ kiosk, this complaint is not lost in cyber space.

Alerts can be sent to multiple people via either email or text.
