We Love Feedback’ is headed by Richard Cullwick and has been developed by Delve Research and Strategy a high-performance Customer insights company and Technology Wise an IT company specializing digital displays and making data usable for business.

The customer feedback kiosk development was in response to customers looking for a way to gain better, more timely and accurate customer feedback than traditional survey methods.

Delve had been working with a number of different companies that carried out annual customer satisfaction surveys, which although very valuable in the information and insights they provided, lacked timeliness in alerting staff and management to issues during the year.

This led to a search for a cost-effective and accurate way to get this information and as a result ‘We Love Feedback’ was born at the end of 2017.
